ToVi-M (Torsional Vibration Monitoring System) goes beyond simply supplying hardware—it delivers a fully customized solution optimized for your system through a systematic 4-step engineering process.
Step 01. Target System Review Comprehensive review of the target system layout, engine specifications, and rotating machinery parameters across propulsion, auxiliary, and pump applications.
Step 02. Technical Analysis Rigorous Torsional Vibration Analysis (TVA) based on submitted system data to accurately evaluate critical speeds, resonance zones, and allowable torque/stress limits.
Step 03. Monitoring System Setup : ToVi-M Custom design and manufacturing of the Main Unit, Junction Box, and dual pulse sensors to ensure seamless hardware and physical integration with the target system based on analysis results.
Step 04. Commissioning On-site installation support, pulse signal calibration, real-time data logging verification, and system commissioning integrated with Digital Twin architectures and upper-level controllers.
